Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 3/4 c
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • container cool whip - 1 item
  • Coconut - 1 item
  • ritz crackers - 30 item

How to make possum pie:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla. Crush crackers, mix with egg whites and nuts. Put in greased pie plate. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool, cover with cool whip and add coconut.
