Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
- sugar - 1 c
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- baking powder - 3/4 Tbsp
- egg whites - 3 item
- Cool Whip - 1 c
How to make possum pie:
Beat egg whites until stiff. Add baking powder and sugar, beating slowly until very stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts. Mix well. Bake in greased pan at 325° for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
