Ingredients/Components

  • graham cracker crumbs - 1 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • baking powder - 3/4 Tbsp
  • egg whites - 3 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 c

How to make possum pie:

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add baking powder and sugar, beating slowly until very stiff. Fold in cracker crumbs and nuts. Mix well. Bake in greased pan at 325° for 30 minutes. Cool. Top with Cool Whip and refrigerate overnight.
