- slices bread, cubed - 2 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese, cubed - 1 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- garlic - 1 Tbsp
- large potatoes, cubed - 6 item
- 1/2 sticks melted margarine - 1 item
How to make portuguese potatoes:
Boil potatoes in jackets with onions and drain. Place in a large casserole dish. Sprinkle garlic and parsley on potatoes and onion mixture. Next, add cubed Velveeta cheese and bread. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Onions.
