- Velveeta cheese - 1 (16
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- croutons - 2 c
- chopped pimento - 1/2 c
- sticks melted margarine - 2 item
- to 10 medium potatoes - 8 item
How to make portuguese potatoes:
Boil potatoes in jackets, peel and cube. Put in a large casserole dish. Cube cheese. Sprinkle over potatoes. Add onions, pimento, parsley, paprika, garlic salt and croutons. Pour melted margarine over all the casserole. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°. If you want to use 1/2 of recipe, use 5 to 6 potatoes and 1/2 other ingredients.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Onions.
