Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 qt
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- cans tomato paste - 2 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- cooked rice - 1 item
- shrimp - 4 lb
- onions - 3 item
- celery ribs - 4 item
- to 8 bay leaves - 6 item
How to make shrimp creole:
Use a large pot. Add together the oil and flour, stirring until you have a brown gravy. Add vegetables; cook until tender. Add tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cook slowly for 1 hour.
