Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- to 8 pork chops - 6 item
- potatoes, peeled and sliced - 6 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops on both sides. In a greased casserole, place alternate layers of potatoes and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place pork chops on top and pour cream of mushroom soup over all. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
