- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- rice - 1 c
- to 6 pork chops - 4 item
How to make pork chop casserole:
Brown pork chops on stove until lightly brown. Layer 13 x 9-inch pan with wet rice. (To 1 cup rice, add water and drain well.) Place pork chops over rice. Mix 1 can water with mushroom soup. Pour over pork chops. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
