How to make chicken stir-fry:
In a large skillet, combine water, oil and chicken. Cook over medium heat until done. Stir in onion and bell pepper. Stir in mixed vegetables and cooked rice. Stir-fry until all vegetables are tender. Add dash of soy sauce.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Chicken breast.
