Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • salad oil - 4 oz
  • garlic powder - 3/4 tsp
  • chili powder - 1 tsp
  • sage - 2 tsp
  • oregano
  • tomato juice - 17 c
  • tomato paste - 48 oz
  • rosemary leaves - 2 tsp
  • basil leaves - 4 tsp
  • celery seed - 2 tsp
  • marjoram - 2 tsp
  • small onion - 1 item
  • bay leaves - 5 item
  • thyme - 2 tsp
  • green peppers - 2 item
  • 1/4 banana peppers - 1 item

How to make pizza sauce:

Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat for 2 hours. Put in jars and cook for 1/2 hour.
