- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- large onion - 1 item
- canned tomatoes, drained - 1 c
- lean cubed pork - 2 lb
- coriander, soaked in 1 Tbsp - 1 tsp
How to make pork chili verde:
Cook pork in 1/2 cup water until dry. Discard garlic. Brown meat. Add remaining ingredients. Cook, covered, 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Savory pies.
