Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- Chablis wine - 1 c
- thick fillets halibut - 6 item
How to make baked halibut:
Marinate fillets in wine and salt for 4 hours. Grease pan. Coat fish in 1 cup bread crumbs. Put in oven dish. Add 1 cup mayonnaise, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup onion. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 500° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Halibut.
