  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • can milk - 1/2 item
  • celery salt - 1/4 tsp
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • canned mushrooms - 8 oz
  • medium potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices - 2 item
  • center cut pork chops 1 to 1 1/4-inches thick - 4 item
  • medium onion, cut in 1/2-inch slices - 1 item

How to make oven baked pork chops:

Brown chops in oil about 5 minutes on each side in ovenproof skillet. Mix together soup, milk, Lea & Perrins, celery salt, garlic salt and pepper. Arrange onion slices over chops. Pour soup mix over all. Add mushrooms. Cover with foil.

Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour and serve with green vegetable. Applesauce is nice as a side dish.
