  • granulated sugar - 2 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • heavy cream
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • club soda - 1 c
  • box instant pistachio pudding - 1 item

How to make pistachio cake:

Icing:1/2 pt. heavy cream1 c. milk2 tsp. granulated sugar1 box instant pistachio pudding Mix first 6 ingredients well. Grease and flour tube pan. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°.

When cake is done and cool, beat icing ingredients until thick and ice cake. Delicious.
