Pineapple souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- can crushed pineapple - 20 oz
- stick butter, melted - 1/2 item
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- slices bread, toasted - 4 item
How to make pineapple souffle:
Mix together the sugar, flour and pineapple; mix in the eggs. Trim bread; cube and toast. Pour melted butter over cubed bread. Mix with pineapple mixture. Spray a 1-quart casserole and fill with mixture. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
