How to make pineapple souffle:
Melt butter in 1 1/2-quart straight sided dish. Beat in eggs, flour and sugar. Stir in pineapple and bread. Let stand in refrigerator severals hours or overnight. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350°. A wonderful side dish for ham.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
