Pineapple souffle



  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • slices white bread - 3 item
  • large can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • whole milk - 1/2 c
  • to 1 stick butter - 3/4 item

How to make pineapple souffle:

Cut off crust from bread and cube. Melt butter. Add sugar, milk and eggs. Whip together. Add pineapple and bread cubes. Stir together until well mixed. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350° about 1/2 hour or until set.
