Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • flour - 3 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • can crushed pineapple with liquid - 1 oz
  • slices toasted bread, cubed - 4 item

How to make pineapple souffle:

Mix sugar and flour together and add to crushed pineapple. Stir in beaten eggs. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with bread cubes which have been combined with melted margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. This is a good side dish for ham and other meats.
