Pineapple souffle
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- can crushed pineapple with liquid - 1 oz
- slices toasted bread, cubed - 4 item
How to make pineapple souffle:
Mix sugar and flour together and add to crushed pineapple. Stir in beaten eggs. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Top with bread cubes which have been combined with melted margarine.
