  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • egg, slightly beaten - 1 item
  • vinegar
  • miniature marshmallows - 4 c
  • carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
  • can - 1 can
  • can drained chunk pineapple save juice - 1 oz
  • unpeeled apples, cubed - 4 c

How to make taffy apple salad:

The day before, mix the drained pineapple and marshmallows together. Refrigerate.

Mix pineapple juice, sugar, vinegar, egg and flour. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick. Refrigerate.

The second day, combine the 2 mixtures. Add the Cool Whip and apples.
