  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • pkg
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • stick butter or oleo - 1/2 item
  • can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item

How to make pineapple nut cake:

Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 stick butter or oleo1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or until done.

Icing: Mix all ingredients with spoon until smooth. Spread while cake is warm. Top with nuts. Cover and refrigerate.
