Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- flour - 2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- stick butter or oleo - 1/2 item
- can crushed pineapple and juice - 1 item
How to make pineapple nut cake:
Icing:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1/2 stick butter or oleo1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Cake: Mix all ingredients and bake at 350° in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan or until done.Icing: Mix all ingredients with spoon until smooth. Spread while cake is warm. Top with nuts. Cover and refrigerate.
