- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- confectioners sugar - 1 c
- hot water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 4
- grated orange rind - 1 Tbsp
- box lemon cake mix - 1 item
- lemon instant pudding - 1 pkg
- can poppy seed
How to make poppy seed cake:
Empty cake mix into a large bowl. Add pudding, oil, water, eggs, poppy seed and orange rind. Mix well. Bake in greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. While cake is baking, make glaze by mixing confectioners sugar and lemon juice. Turn cooled cake onto plate and drizzle glaze over top of cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 15 mins.
