Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- can crushed pineapple and juice - 20 oz
How to make swedish nut cake:
Icing:8 oz. cream cheese1 stick margarine1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped nuts By hand mix eggs and sugar. Add all other ingredients and mix. Bake in greased 13 x 9-inch pan at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes. Refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
