- water
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- peas - 1 c
- celery - 1/2 c
- cubed ham - 2 c
- can cheese soup - 1 item
- precooked rice
How to make pineapple ham casserole:
Combine 1 1/3 cups precooked rice in a saucepan with soup and water. Add cubed ham, celery, onion and peas. Heat to boiling. Pour mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole and arrange pineapple slices on top. Bake in a preheated 400° oven for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Comfort food.
