Cream puffs
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- butter - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- favorite pudding
How to make cream puffs:
Filling:2 c. favorite pudding Heat oven to 400°. Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Stir in flour. Reduce heat. Stirring vigorously, on low heat, cook for 1 minute, until forms into a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs until smooth.Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet by 1/4 cupfuls, or smaller for bite size, about 3 inches apart. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Cut top off and pull out filaments of soft dough. Fill puffs with pudding. Replace tops. Dust with powdered sugar.
