  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • green pepper, chopped - 1/4 c
  • cream cheese, softened
  • pecans, chopped - 2 c
  • pineapple, crushed - 1 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Combine cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper, 1/2 cup of pecans, onion and salt. Form into a ball. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. Remove from refrigerator and roll in the remaining nuts.
