  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • cream cheese, softened - 2 (8
  • pecans, chopped - 2 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 can
  • I put sugar in my pineapple - 1 Tbsp

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

In medium bowl, with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Drain and stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic, refrigerate overnight.
