- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 can
- I put sugar in my pineapple - 1 Tbsp
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
In medium bowl, with fork, beat cream cheese until smooth. Drain and stir in crushed pineapple, 1 cup pecans, green pepper, onion and salt. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining nuts. Wrap in plastic, refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
