  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • 8 oz - 2 pkg
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 can
  • finely chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix all ingredients using only one cup of pecans. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.
