Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 2 c
- 8 oz - 2 pkg
- finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 can
- finely chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Mix all ingredients using only one cup of pecans. Shape into a ball. Roll in remaining pecans. Refrigerate. Serve with crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
