Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans, divided - 2 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Mix first 5 ingredients with 1 cup chopped pecans. Refrigerate until firm. Roll into ball and roll out remaining nuts until coated. Refrigerate until firm.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
