  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 1/2
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • seasoned salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans, divided - 2 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Mix first 5 ingredients with 1 cup chopped pecans. Refrigerate until firm. Roll into ball and roll out remaining nuts until coated. Refrigerate until firm.
