  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 item
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 1/2
  • softened cream cheese 8 oz - 2 pkg
  • nuts walnuts, pecans - 2 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Mix cheese with salt. Add pineapple, 1 cup of nuts, peppers and onion. Chill mixture well, then shape into ball. Roll in 1 cup of nuts. Serve with crackers.
