Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- pecans - 2 c
- finely chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 oz
- finely chopped bell pepper - 1/4 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
In a bowl with a fork, beat cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup of the pecans and remaining ingredients. Chill. Shape into 2 balls and roll in remaining cup of pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Freezes well.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
