  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped pecans or walnuts - 2 c
  • finely chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt
  • can crushed pineapple, well drained - 8 oz
  • green peppers, chopped fine - 1/2 c

How to make cheese balls:

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Chop green peppers and onions in blender. Mix all ingredients, except the nuts. Put in fridge to chill. Roll into balls or logs and roll in crushed nuts.
