  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped onions - 1 2
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
  • finely chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Measure 1/2 cup pecans; set aside. Cream the cream cheese; add remaining ingredients. Form into ball. Roll in 1/2 cup pecans. Refrigerate before serving. Serve with Town House crackers.
