  • cream cheese - 24 oz
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • garlic salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • large can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
  • pecans reserve for garnish - 1 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Mix all ingredients, except for 1 cup pecans. Shape and roll into 2 balls. Roll balls in 1 cup pecans. Refrigerate 6 hours.
