Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 24 oz
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- garlic salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- large can crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 item
- pecans reserve for garnish - 1 c
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Mix all ingredients, except for 1 cup pecans. Shape and roll into 2 balls. Roll balls in 1 cup pecans. Refrigerate 6 hours.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
