Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 2 (8
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1 tsp
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Soften cheese and gradually mix in pineapple. Add 1/2 cup pecans, onion and salt. Chill well before forming a ball. Roll in remaining pecans.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
