Pineapple cheese ball
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- crushed pineapple, drained - 1 can
How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Place chopped green pepper, onions and pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid. Blend ingredients well. Refrigerate and chill at least 1/2 hour. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped pecans, if desired.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
