Pineapple cheese ball

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 8 oz
• chopped pecans - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
• chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
• crushed pineapple, drained - 1 can

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Place chopped green pepper, onions and pineapple on paper towel to absorb liquid. Blend ingredients well. Refrigerate and chill at least 1/2 hour. Shape into ball. Roll in chopped pecans, if desired.
