  • chopped pecans - 1 item
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
  • pimento - 1 Tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 2 c
  • dash of red cayenne pepper - 1 item

How to make cheese ball:

Combine the cream cheese and Cheddar cheese. Mix until blended, add remaining ingredients. Roll into ball. Chill, roll in pecans.
