Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 3 tsp
- catsup - 1 c
- ground beef - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- barbecue sauce - 1 item
How to make barbecue meatballs:
Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Roll into balls; place in baking dish. Mix sugar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, water and vinegar to make sauce. Pour over meatballs. Cook at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
