  • pkg - 2 oz
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • finely chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts pecans - 1 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:

Blend all ingredients except nuts together well (can use electric mixer). Form into a ball and roll ball into chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.

Will keep a long time if covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated.
