  • chopped pecans - 2 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
  • chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • seasoned salt - 1 Tbsp

How to make holiday cheese ball:

Let cream cheese stand at room temperature to soften. Cream the cream cheese and pineapple. When smooth, add 1 cup pecans, pepper, onions and seasoned salt. Chill mixture well. Form into a ball and roll in remaining pecans. Chill until served.
