- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c

How to make pineapple cheese ball:
Cream cheese until smooth; add pineapple, onion, green pepper and salt. Mix well. Add nuts and continue to mix. Shape into ball and refrigerate overnight. May roll in extra nuts before serving, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pineapple, Cheese.
