Ingredients/Components
- cup sugar - 1/2 item
- cup melted butter - 1/4 item
- Tbsp flour - 3 item
- cup shredded cheese - 1 item
- tube Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 item
- 20 oz can pineapple chunks - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple; reserve 3 Tbsp juice. Combine flour, sugar and juice. Add cheese and pineapple. Spoon mixture into casserole dish. Combine melted butter and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle on top of pineapple-cheese mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350° or till top is brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
