Ingredients/Components
- 9-inch graham cracker crust - 1 item
- oz cream cheese, softened - 4 item
- cup chopped pecans, toasted - 1/4 item
- cup Eagle Brand milk - 1/2 item
- 8 oz carton Cool Whip, thawed - 1 item
- cup caramel ice cream topping - 1/2 item
- cup coconut, toasted - 3/4 item
How to make caramel pie:
In mixing bowl, blend cream sheese and milk. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread half into pie crust. Drizzle with half of caramel topping. Combine coconut and pecans. Sprinkle half over the caramel. Repeat layers. Chill or freeze until serving.This recipe can be doubled as well as made ahead and stored in freezer.
