Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 Tbsp
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- pineapple juice - 3 Tbsp
- Ritz cracker crumbs - 1/2 c
- shredded sharp cheese - 1 c
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple, reserve 3 tablespoons juice. Combine juice, flour and sugar. Add cheese and pineapple. Put in casserole and sprinkle with crumbs that have been mixed with margarine. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
