- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 c
- can pineapple tidbits - 20 oz
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- stack Ritz crackers - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple; save juice. Place tidbits in baking dish; top with shredded cheese. Mix with juice, 3 tablespoons of flour and sugar. Pour over cheese and pineapple.Crush Ritz crackers, stir in melted butter and place over cheese and pineapple. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
