Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- flour - 5 Tbsp
- grated cheese - 1 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- cans pineapple chunks, drained - 2 item
- roll Ritz crackers, crumbled - 1 item
How to make pineapple casserole:
Mix pineapple, sugar and flour in 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over top of pineapple and top with cracker crumbs. Pour melted margarine on top of cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Main dish.
