Pineapple casserole

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cornstarch - 5 Tbsp
• grated cheddar cheese
• stick margarine, melted - 1 item
• Ritz cracker crumbs - 1 c
• large cans pineapple tidbits or chunks - 2 item

How to make pineapple casserole:

Place drained pineapple in deep baking dish. Mix sugar, cornstarch, and juice; heat until thickened. Mix pineapple, cheese, and cornstarch in the baking dish. Top with cracker crumbs and pour margarine on top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
