Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- cold water - 3 Tbsp
- egg whites - 2 item
- self-rising flour
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
How to make pineapple cake:
Icing:1 c. sugar2 egg whites3 Tbsp. cold water1/2 tsp. cream of tartar1/4 tsp. salt Icing: Put in double boiler on high and beat with electric mixer for 5 to 7 minutes or until fluffy. Remove from stove and add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until vanilla is mixed.Put 1/2 can of pineapple with juice on top of layer. Put frosting then add next layer. Put remaining pineapple then frosting on top and sides.
