- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1 c
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese, softened
- can pineapple undrained - 20 oz
How to make pineapple cake:
Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting:3 oz. cream cheese, softened1/4 c. butter or margarine1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. ground ginger Mix first 7 ingredients for cake batter. Using an electric mixer, mix Cream Cheese Ginger Frosting.
