1/2 sticks oleo - 1 item
oatmeal
eggs - 3 item
cinnamon
baking soda
salt - 1 tsp
brown sugar
granulated sugar
flour
Add oatmeal; cover and let stand for 15 minutes
powdered sugar - 1 c
vanilla - 3/4 tsp
evaporated milk - 1/4 c
chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
coconut - 3/4 c

How to make oatmeal cake:

Bring to boil water and oleo. Add oatmeal; cover and let stand for 15 minutes. Add eggs to oatmeal, then add to dry ingredients. Place in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Topping:3/4 stick melted oleo1 c. powdered sugar3/4 tsp. vanilla1/4 c. evaporated milk3/4 c. chopped walnuts3/4 c. coconut Mix and place on top of baked cake. Place under broiler and brown.
