Pineapple banana bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- vegetable oil
- plain flour - 3 c
- raisins - 1 c
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 8 oz
- mashed ripe bananas - 2 c
How to make pineapple banana bread:
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients. Add to dry ingredients and stir until moist. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (3 x 5 x 9-inch). Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Bananas.
