Pineapple banana bread
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- mashed banana - 2 c
How to make pineapple banana bread:
Combine dry ingredients, stir in nuts. Add rest of ingredients (oil, bananas, eggs and pineapple). Stir until moistened. Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake for 1hour or until done. Cool 10 minutes in pan, then put on rack to cool. Bake at 350°.This recipe also makes 32 muffins.
